There are no refunds allowed due to the high quality and authentic characteristics of our product. Customers are allowed to exchange products with in 7 days of your exact purchase. The product must be in the exact form that it was received in resellable condition. Original tags and ties attached as it was received by the customer.

Processing takes 3-7 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
